The Board of Directors of the Company hereby announces to all Shareholders of the Company that the Company will hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“Meeting”) in Cipanas, Cianjur on Friday, June 14, 2024 .

In accordance with the provisions of Article 17 paragraph (1) of the Financial Services Authority Regulation Number 15/POJK.04/2020 concerning the Planning and Implementation of General Meetings of Shareholders of Public Companies (“POJK 15/2020”), the Invitation to the Meeting will be announced on Wednesday, May 22, 2024. Based on the provisions of Article 23 paragraph (2) of POJK 15/2020, the Company’s Shareholders whose names are registered in the Company’s Shareholders Register on Tuesday, May 21, 2024 no later than 16.00 WIB .
